Hello Players!

Pickleball continues to enjoy a surge in popularity and participation. As much as that speaks well to all the individuals who are finding the game to be rewarding on multiple levels, the ceiling on that growth would be low if not for all the Sponsors who have joined in your enthusiasm with their attention to clubs, tournaments, clinics, equipment development, and so forth. As a result, both Pickleball and our 2018 Provincials are the better, because our Sponsors invest in the game. Help recognize our Sponsors’ contributions by being aware of who the Sponsors are and, whenever possible, consider their services and products.

The Tournament Committee for the 2018 PAO Championships says –

THANK YOU to all our SPONSORS

for helping us provide a positive Pickleball experience for our participants!

Please note that on our website the Rules and Regulations page has been updated to comply with IFP rules.

Hello players!

We are getting very excited with the Provincials tournament fast approaching, September 14-16th, with over 300 competitors!  Please note – there are a few updates for you to know about.

The registration is now closed, but you can still go online for a last chance to pre-order shirts by August 27th for $20.  A very limited number of shirts may be available at the tournament for $25.

Also, it is important to keep posted for email updates, especially during the week of August 20th, as we sort out waitlists, event divisions, expansions and combinations.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Once that is done, the Scheduling Committee can outline all three days of play and send out notification of completion of all draws. This will happen in the first week of September.

New – We are following the IFP rules.

Finally, keep in mind that a Social is being planned for the evening of Saturday, September 15th with support from our sponsors.

To All Prospective 2018 Provincial Tournament Players,

The registration totals are coming down to a crunch.  Your Provincials Committee continues to work through the completed and incomplete registrations interests for this Septembers tournament.  The Committee will be required to make player adjustments to accommodate divisions of play.

There are still a small amount of outstanding accounts (fee’s to be paid)  prior to August 17th.   Partners / Players – Please consult with each other to ensure you have completed your registration and payment.  If you are unsure about your payment status please send an email to pbchampionship18@gmail.com for confirmation.  Unpaid accounts may be removed after this date and added to the waitlist.  This includes players without partners.

Thanks to all those that have completed your registration.  Anticipate additional Tournament communications later this week.  We are exactly 1 month and counting!
