How to become a POWWR Member
All participants at POWWR events must be POWWR members. The membership fee is $20.
To become a POWWR member for an adult, please use the Registration Form and send an e-transfer to powwrpay@gmail.com to submit the membership fee.
For youth members, please us the Youth Registration form, and send an e-transfer to powwrpay@gmail.com to submit the membership fee.
The POWWR member registration funds are used to cover the costs of POWWR events, equipment, court rentals and insurance. As a non-profit organization, we take pride in all the volunteers that make these events possible.
HOW TO RENEW YOUR POWWR MEMBERSHIP (only available to members)
Annually, in November, POWWR sends a renewal email to all of our current members who require renewal for January. Please complete the renewal link that will be sent to you by email from powwrinfo@gmail.com and e-transfer $20 to powwrpay@gmail.com to complete the renewal process. Please complete your renewal as soon as possible as it assists POWWR in planning for our upcoming programs. *Only members who need to renew their membership receive this email. Please note that if you became a member in September of this year, you would have been informed that you are also a member for the coming year.

POWWR Code of Conduct
POWWR is a non-profit organization committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment, while facilitating the promotion, development and growth of the sport of Pickleball. POWWR aims to facilitate the sport of Pickleball in Waterloo Region and Wellington County for the enjoyment of all.
All POWWR members and volunteers are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct:
- Engage in sportsmanlike behaviour and encourage others to do so.
- Be considerate of the feelings, health and safety of others.
- Use courteous, respectful language towards others.
Any POWWR member or volunteer in violation of the Code of Conduct will be subject to discipline. This may include removal from the program and revocation of their POWWR membership.
